The service

Stride provides IELTS practice tests, analysis, AI-estimated feedback and study resources for personal preparation. Stride is not affiliated with IELTS, the British Council, IDP or Cambridge University Press & Assessment.

Scores are estimates

Bands and feedback in Stride are practice estimates, not official IELTS results, and they don't guarantee any score in the real test. Reading and Listening bands use published conversion tables; Writing and Speaking bands are estimated by AI against the public band descriptors.

Your account

Keep your login details private and use one account per person. Don't misuse the service, for example by attempting to access other people's data, automating sign-ups, or abusing referral rewards. We may suspend accounts that do.

Plans and billing

Paid plans are sold and billed by Lemon Squeezy, our merchant of record, at the prices shown on the pricing page. Subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled. You can cancel at any time from your billing page; you keep access until the end of the period you've paid for.

Referrals and the creator program

Referral rewards are extra free tests, credited once your friend has confirmed their email and finished their first test. Creator program terms are shown on the creator program page and may change before the program launches.

Content

Practice tests and resources are original Stride content. Video lessons belong to their creators and are played from YouTube.

Changes and contact

We may update these terms as the product changes; the date above shows the latest version. Questions? See our Contact page.
